Full Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo East.

You will be met by your guide in Nairobi and briefed on the details of your journey. Following the briefing, you will proceed to Tsavo East National Park, stopping at the Bachuma gate. You will enter the national park and take an en route game drive to your lodge. During the game drive, you will witness elephants, lions, cheetahs, antelopes, rhinos, zebras, giraffes, dik-dik, lesser kudu, and buffaloes, among other animals. Following your wildlife drive, you will have dinner and stay overnight at Voi Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Tsavo West.

After breakfast, you will check out of the resort. You will enjoy an en route game drive as you leave Tsavo East National Park and head to Tsavo West National Park. During your route drive through Tsavo West National Park, you will view a variety of wildlife species grazing on the national park's savannah plains. You will settle into your lodge and eat lunch, after which you will rest at your lodge while preparing for another game drive later that day. You will also go to the rhino sanctuary, where you may witness the endangered rhino species. You will have dinner and stay overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Amboseli National Park.

On the third day of your safari, you'll wake up early and eat breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, you will check out of the accommodation and take an en route game drive to Amboseli National Park. You will enjoy beautiful views of Africa's highest mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro, while on a route game drive where you will see a variety of wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, serval cats, giraffes, gazelles, and zebras. You will then continue to Sentrim Amboseli Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer from Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

Breakfast will be served at your lodge in Amboseli National Park, followed by checkout. After checking out of the lodge, you will take an en route game drive to Nairobi, where you will have a quick city tour before heading to your hotel for supper and overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel.

Day 5: Transfer to Masai Mara.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be driven to Masai Mara National Reserve, with a stop in Narok town where the Masai people live. You will interact with the Masai people, learn about their culture, see traditional arts and crafts, listen to folk stories, and watch traditional dance performances. After the cultural experience in Narok, you will travel to Masai Mara, where you will check into your lodge. You will also go on an evening game drive to enjoy the breathtaking wilderness of Masai Mara, where you will witness a variety of wildlife species, including the big five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinoceros. Other wildlife species include zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, antelopes, cheetahs, and hyenas, among others. Following the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and stay overnight at Ol Moran camp.

Day 6: Full-day Masai Mara.

You will have an early breakfast at your lodge as you ready for a full day of adventure in the plains of various parts of the Masai Mara. After breakfast, you will go exploring the wild with your packed lunches, watching the various wildlife and bird species in the reserve at different times of day and learning more about their feeding habits, survival, and many other aspects of wildlife while enjoying the scenery. Following the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and stay overnight at Ol Moran camp.

Day 7: transfer to Serengeti National Park.

You will eat a very early breakfast and check out of the resort by 6:00 am. On your trip to Isebania, you will enjoy a game drive to the other side of Masai Mara, exiting the park at the Olololo gate in Mara West. When you get at the border, the customs office will clear you before you travel to Serengeti, where you will enter the park for a wildlife drive that will last up to 2 hours while you enjoy the plains of Serengeti. The Serengeti provides ample opportunities to see the Big Five game. Osinon campgrounds and lodges offer dinner and overnight accommodations

Day 8: Full-day Serengeti National Park

You will eat an early breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, you will proceed on a wildlife viewing tour along the Sogore River Circuit, which winds through the plains south of the Seronera River and includes sightings of lions, Thomson gazelles, topi, ostriches, and cheetahs. Following the morning game drive, you will visit the Visitor Centre, which is located near the Serengeti Seronera Lodge and public campsites. The visitor centre displays a wide variety of local art and artisan work. You will also take a lunch break at the centre, under the shade of the big acacia trees. Later in the afternoon, you will take the Kopjes Circuit, which runs anti-clockwise around the Maasai Kopjes, which are known to attract lions and big cobras. Kopjes are weathered granite outcrops spread over the plains; the majority of them are small ecosystems, offering shade and drinking water in pools left in the rock after the rains. After seeing the kopjes, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Osinon camps and lodges.

Day 9: hot air balloon in Serengeti National Park.

Rising at dawn for an early morning breakfast, you will be driven to the starting location of the balloon safari and briefed by the ranger before taking off with the balloon to enjoy an overhead view of the park and observe various wildlife species. During your hot air balloon experience, you will see predators hunting as well as other wildlife species such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, impala, topi, lions, leopards, cheetahs, waterbuck, wild dogs, jackals, warthogs, hippos, Nile crocodiles, gazelles, and lodges. After the morning Serengeti Balloon ride, return to the resort for lunch. The driver will be waiting for you at your landing location and will transport you to the lodge to relax after such an amazing adventure. Later in the afternoon, you will do another game drive to observe the gorgeous sunset and various wildlife species. You will return to your lodge for dinner and spend the night at the Osinon camps and lodges.

Day 10: Transfer to Ngorongoro

After an early breakfast at the resort, you will be transported to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional), which has a history reaching back to the beginning of time. Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey, anthropologists, found the skulls of 'Nutcracker Man' and 'Handy Man,' also known as the early men. You will also descend into the Ngorongoro Crater to spend the rest of the day viewing wildlife and admiring the stunning surroundings surrounding the crater. The Ngorongoro National Park contains a diverse range of creatures, including herds of wildebeest, eland, warthog, zebra, buffalo, hippo, and enormous African elephants, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. We will then explore Lake Magadi, a big but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern portion and one of the crater's principal characteristics. A high number of flamingos, hippos, and other aquatic fowl are commonly seen here. You will have dinner and stay overnight at Rhino Lodge.

Day 11: Transfer to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will check out of your lodge. After checking out, you will drive to Arusha, where your guide will leave you off at your designated destination, signalling the end of your journey. End of safari
