Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Your safari begins with your arrival at the base of Mount Kenya. You will be greeted by our experienced team and transferred to your accommodation for the night. Take this time to relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Naro Moru Route
After a hearty breakfast, we will embark on our trek up Mount Kenya via the Naro Moru Route. This scenic trail offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and is known for its diverse vegetation, including bamboo forests and exotic bird species. Our destination for the day is the Met Station, where we will spend the night.

Day 3: Mackinder's Camp
As we continue our ascent, the landscape transforms into alpine meadows and moorlands. Keep an eye out for unique wildlife such as the elusive mountain hyrax and colorful sunbirds. Our journey will lead us to Mackinder's Camp, where we will rest and acclimatize to the higher altitude.

Day 4: Point Lenana
Today is the day we conquer Point Lenana, the third-highest peak of Mount Kenya. We'll start our trek in the early hours of the morning to witness a spectacular sunrise from the summit. The sense of achievement and the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks will make this experience truly unforgettable. After descending, we'll spend the night at Mackinder's Camp.

Day 5: Chogoria Route
Our descent continues as we make our way down via the Chogoria Route. This trail offers a different perspective of the mountain, with its lush valleys and dramatic waterfalls. We'll reach our campsite near Lake Ellis, where we'll rest and rejuvenate after our challenging climb.

Day 6: Departure
On our final day, we'll complete our descent through the dense forest and emerge at the Chogoria Gate. From there, we'll transfer back to your accommodation or onward to your next destination, filled with memories of an incredible Mount Kenya safari.
